TANDOORI MASALA
RACK OF LAMB

INGREDIENTS:​

  • 800g - 1kg Rack of Lamb Ribs

  • X1 Pack Shan Tandoori Masala 

  • X2 Tablespoons Shan Garlic & Ginger Paste

  • X1 Tablespoon Shan Garlic Paste

  • X1-X2 Green Chillis Minced (to taste)

  • X5 Tablespoons Groundnut Oil

  • X2 Tablespoons Yogurt

  • X1/2 Lemon or X1 Lime Juice

  • Coriander Bunch Chopped Up

COOKING:

  1. Mix ingredients together and rub into meat. Let it marinade for about 2 hours for best taste.

  2. Preheat oven to 180°c (fan assisted), on grill setting.

  3. Place meat in the middle of oven, cook for 30-40 minutes (depending on how well you want meat cooked). Rotate meat half way through cooking.
