TANDOORI MASALA
RACK OF LAMB
INGREDIENTS:​
800g - 1kg Rack of Lamb Ribs
X1 Pack Shan Tandoori Masala
X2 Tablespoons Shan Garlic & Ginger Paste
X1 Tablespoon Shan Garlic Paste
X1-X2 Green Chillis Minced (to taste)
X5 Tablespoons Groundnut Oil
X2 Tablespoons Yogurt
X1/2 Lemon or X1 Lime Juice
Coriander Bunch Chopped Up

COOKING:
Mix ingredients together and rub into meat. Let it marinade for about 2 hours for best taste.
Preheat oven to 180°c (fan assisted), on grill setting.
Place meat in the middle of oven, cook for 30-40 minutes (depending on how well you want meat cooked). Rotate meat half way through cooking.
